To verify your registered card, you are required to provide a bank or credit card statement matching the card added to the account.
This can be done by following the below steps:

Log in to your bet365 account.

Go to the Account Menu
at the top of the bet365 homepage.

Select My Account then Card Verification.

From the drop-down choose Card or Bank Statement.

Select the Tick Box and click Submit.
All documents must meet the following requirements:

Displays your full name as the account holder.

Shows your residential address as registered on your bet365 account.
-
Shows the last four digits of your card number.
-
Document is dated within the last six months.
Verifying multiple payment methods
If you have multiple payment methods registered on your account, you need to complete the verification process for each new payment method added. This is to comply with regulatory requirements and ensure the security of your account.
